Dr. George Carioscia attended UIC for undergraduate study. In 1991, Dr. Carioscia earned a 4-year Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree with Cum Laude Honors from Dr. William. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. He completed his surgical residency training in Chicago, IL at Loretto Hospital from 1991-1993. Dr. Cklamovski was born and raised in the Southwestern suburbs of Chicago. He completed his undergraduate and graduate education in rural Illinois earning degrees in molecular biology, biochemistry and a masters degree in public health. He completed podiatric medical school in New York City and then returned home to complete comprehensive reconstructive foot and ankle surgery training of the adult and child at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines VA Hospital. He has also trained extensively in the areas of pediatric deformity and abnormal gait correction in children, wound care and diabetic limb salvage. He is an avid Chicago sports fan and competed collegiately in wrestling and football. In his free time Dr. Cklamovski enjoys restoring classic muscle cars and traveling to experience different cultures and cuisine.

Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree. Dr. Sullivan completed her surgical residency training at Norwegian American Hospital in Chicago with a credential in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Dr. Sullivan is committed to her patients and is determined to provide the best compassionate care possible to build longstanding relationship.
